Over the past few days, I’ve noticed many of my friends posting this video on Facebook. I finally got a chance to watch it last night and I was so moved. It was beautiful. And I cried. Not a pretty, single-tear-rolling-down-my-cheek cry. It was a convulsing, snot-running, scary cry. But that’s how moved I was by this video. I’d be lying if I said that I didn’t struggle with my fair share of insecurities. But every now and then, it’s so good to be reminded that the way we usually see ourselves (flaws and all) is not the way that others see us. Thank you, Dove, for this tribute to beautiful women everywhere.
