When invited to a “fashion” event, I usually struggle with what to wear. My style is unique, and I wouldn’t change it for anything, but that’s not to say that I am always confident with my wardrobe choices. Some of the women at this event were really dressed up and I caught myself worrying that I didn’t fit in. At the end of the day, however, I have to be proud of my own style. And I am. After all, that’s the reason I started this blog: to show people that it’s okay to do your own thing and not be afraid to stand out.
